1. Compliance with Pakistani Law
STRIKE is committed to operating within the legal framework of Pakistan, including but not limited to:
- Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016, as amended
- Relevant regulations and directives issued by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA)
- Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) regulations
- Applicable civil, criminal, commercial, and evidence laws of Pakistan
All services are conducted through lawful, ethical, and professionally accepted methodologies.
2. Client Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is fundamental to our operations. Information shared with STRIKE is treated as confidential and may only be disclosed with client authorization, to fulfil the requested engagement, or when required by a valid court order or applicable law.
3. OSINT & Publicly Available Information
Certain services involve Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) methodologies. STRIKE may collect, analyze, correlate, and assess information from publicly available sources including public websites, public records, news sources, public social media content, open databases, and publicly accessible digital resources. STRIKE does not obtain information through unauthorized access, security bypasses, account compromise, or unlawful means.
4. Digital Evidence & Reporting Standards
Reports and findings are prepared using lawful and ethical methodologies. STRIKE does not fabricate evidence, manipulate evidence, alter findings, or misrepresent information. Any report provided by STRIKE constitutes an analytical assessment based on available information and should not be interpreted as a legal judgment or official determination.
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Policy
STRIKE may utilize artificial intelligence tools to assist with drafting, translation, data organization, document review, image enhancement, or information analysis. AI-generated outputs are reviewed, validated, and approved by qualified personnel before being incorporated into client deliverables. No final report is released solely on the basis of automated processing.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
Where legally required, STRIKE may cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws and legal processes. Such cooperation shall occur only when required by lawful obligations, court orders, or statutory requirements.
