To support compliance, audit requirements, and business continuity, final reports, client records, communication records, and transaction records may be retained for up to one (1) year following completion of an engagement unless longer retention is required by law, a legal dispute exists, or regulatory requirements apply. Information may thereafter be securely deleted, anonymized, or archived.

STRIKE implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, destruction. While we employ industry-standard security practices, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
